Jawbreaker - Etc.

Jawbreaker is one of those bands that always puts a smile on my face. Its simple, its catchy, and its fun. It's nice to take a break every now and then from the rather aggressive/wannabe elitist world of music that comprises most of my listening taste. Etc. is a collection of b-sides and rarities that came out in 2002, several years after the band had broken up. Also has one of my(and everyone else's)favorite songs Kiss the Bottle. Teenage Cool Kids are one of my "guilty pleasure" bands. Like Jawbreaker and Husker Du, this is one of those bands I put on when I don't feel like having my ear drums pummeled with overly aggressive noise. I would describe them as a lo-fi, pop-punkish type of band, drawing influences from the aforementioned groups. This is their tape demo they put out several years ago(2007 I think?), one of the dudes sent this to me a while back. Definitely worth a listen.
