Damad is a crust/metal group that hailed from Savannah, GA and were active for a better part of the '90s, early '00s. Members went on to form Kylesa and Karst(not the shitty techo group). The band put out two full lengths, you can find the newer one here, as well as a myriad of EP's and splits. The Rewind EP was put out in '97, with the Centric EP following shortly after in '99. Think Kylesa if they had more of a punk vibe to them.

After the demise of the great Damad, two bands emerged from the ashes: Karst, and some band you have probably never heard of, Kylesa. Which one is better? I'll let you decide. As far as I can tell, these are the only two albums they released. They give off a real 90's hardcore vibe, like if Dystopia was really into Unbroken. I have been listening to this band on a daily basis since for about the past week, so intense, so angry. Enjoy.

Classic crust punk hailing from South Carolina, for fans of Amebix, Aus Rotten, Nausea, etc. Members went on to play in such bands as Initial State, Damad, Karst, and Guyana Punch Line. This was their first release, put out in '88.
